Special classes will be offered prior to opening..

These classes are trial run classes, so anything could happen.

(power/no power, who knows ??)

The studio is looking amazing, such a big struggle and many moments of “Don’t let anyone steal your peace” .

Within the next few days the room will turned on and fine tuned for your arrival.

the teachers who have stayed and supported the studio to create a safe space of self love, self respect, self care.

Classes will be led by highly qualified teachers who have undergone intensive training and bring years of experience to the studio.

A variety of Yoga & Pilates classes will be on the schedule

(Hot Yoga 90m, Hot Yoga 60m, Intro Hot Yoga. HIIT Pilates, Mat Pilates).
